Hello fellow PCSOFTers!

I'm that listowner who lurks in the background and generally wreaks havoc
when I break hardware and software, causing NOSPIN resources to go into
catastrophic failure.

One of the other things that I do is tinker around with computers that don't
directly affect The NOSPIN Group. One of those is our Beowulf cluster of
four systems that churns away, day in and day out on odds and ends of
distributed computing projects.

If you don't know what a cluster of computers is, take a look at our website
(http://beowulf.nospin.org) and you'll find more information.

If you want to learn more about distributed computing software, or maybe
even try your hand at it to see how it works, you can! Check out our
projects page at http://beowulf.nospin.org/projects.html and read about
distributed.net (http://www.distributed.net) and their attempt to use
distributed computing on a worldwide scale. You can download client
software that will allow your computer to become part of the world's largest
computer...and if you do, you can join Team NOSPIN in working to crack the
RC5 encryption scheme.

As always, you can email me directly for more information at

Thanks!
