HI, Guys, Don't ever buy anything based on a promised rebate. If it's too expensive to buy without the rebate, pass it up and go look for something else. With a mail-in rebate, to get $20 off the price of a $70 item, you're just loaning a large company 20 of your hard-earned dollars for anywhere from a month to a year or two. If you ask me, that's a stupid way to save money and pay them for the privillege of tracking their own sales trends. If you would buy the product anyway, at the regular price, consider the rebate a deal sweetener of questionable value. I'd much rather the companies sell the product for a good price anyway and forget about all those silly games intended to make gullible people think they might be getting something for nothing.
