Hi All, My main computer came with Win 95B OSR2. One of my backup computers has Win 95A. When I tried to update the Win 95A using my Win 95B OSR2 CD-ROM, a message said that I had to use an "upgrade" version. Does anyone know how I could circumvent the use of an upgrade version and use my CD-ROM? Did Win 95A use a different DOS version? If so, would it be feasible to rename the Win 95A \Windows\Command directory, establish a new \Windows\Command directory and transfer the files from my Win 95B OSR2 \Windows\Command directory to it, and then do the installation? Does anyone have any first-hand experience with this? K. Karl Kuller [log in to unmask]
