Your body will crave Sugar and Carbs together, so once you kick all carbs (as well as sugar, you wont get any sugar cravings. Here is where your problem may be: Your morning coffee (even though it's decaf) is made from beans which, by definition, have lots of carbs. Your regular consumtion of the coffee is making you still have cravings. Try tea instead :)
