Before you install IE4, export your address book from MS Mail and News to
another type of address book such as Eudora. If you don't, you may never
see your addresses again. IE4 will automatically install Outlook express
[which looks very much like an upgrade to Mail and News] but will not import
your messages or address book directly. Your system will probably not run
Mail or News any longer and if you call MS, they will question your sanity
as to the existance of a program called MS Mail [TS. "You mean the inbox
right?" Me "No I mean MS Mail" TS "I never heard of it........"] or MS
News.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Installing IE4?

Right now I have IE3.02, NS3.03, NS4.5, and Opera 3.50. I am
thinking of uninstalling IE3 and installing IE4. How do I do this
without producing nightmares on my system? I would like to
keep MS Mail and News.
