I have not followed the entire discussion, but when I saw the mention of mixing fruit with avocado, thought I would mention that avocado contains a sugar that suppresses insulin production, hence avo+sugar is a bad idea. I have posted in detail on this in the past; go to the list archives (address below) and do a search for the sugar by name: d-manna-heptulose (probably will find it easily with just the keyword: heptulose).
