The cookbook from which I got the corn muffin/cornbread recipe, Going Against
the Grain, by Phyllis Potts, is subtitled Wheat-Free Cookery. I've gotten so
many inquiries, I felt this information is best sent to the list. The book is
NOT gluten-free in its intent, but wheat-free. Most of the recipes are gf, but
you still have to use your judgement and know what you can or cannot eat.
