Just took the greatest tasting corn muffins out of the oven. Recipe for
cornbread in Going Against the Grain, Wheat-Free Cookery, by Phyllis Potts.  I
made them in a pan for 6 large muffins instead of bread. This recipe is even
for those who claim they cannot bake. They a not too grainy, not to sweet, not
to salty. Just thought I'd share. Linda
