I had a similar problem and noticed it occurred more frequently on very warm days and after a long download. I propped a "Smoke Eater" fan to blow into the grill on the face of the computer and the problem stopped. Not fancy but it confirmed my suspicions that heat was causing the tip-switch relay to stick. An interruption in power and it dropped out, as in reset, a cooling period of 20-30 minutes and it dropped out, and the addition of more cooling prevented it from sticking. Check your cooling, clean up the fans, etc, and add more if necessary. hth, Joe Drysdale PCBUILD mailing list is brought to you by: The NOSPIN Group http://nospin.com
