The results of the ketogenic diets certainly weaken the results of studies suggesting that meat consumption and associated saturated fat is a cause of cancer. You might be interested in looking at the articles cited below. The first two indicate that some proteins from cereals and milk may inhibit our ability to battle malignancy. Celiac disease provides an example which identifies those at one end of the spectrum. The second two indicate an association between cancer risk and cereal consumption.
