Just saw this today. Probably already answered, but here goes anyway. On my PB sx2-50 ISA w/onboard controller, when adding an I/O card, the onboard controller has to be disconnected. The new card then becomes the primary (only) controller. Sounds like you're getting a conflict. Geo.
