<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Be very careful with Outback Steakhouse's according to the chef (cook) at our local one (rockford, il) they all flour the grill and they roll thier potatoes in flour before baking. however Lone star steak houses do not flour thier grill nor do they use flour on thier potatoes (the sweet potatoes are great) but make sure they dont put the butter over the steak after cooking I dont know if it is a safe margerine or not
