Dear all, I just looked at these settings in "view by type" and not another interesting thing. While my external modem (which is on Com3 is set correctly to 115Kbps and Hardware protocol, my com3 settings in the same window were set to 9600 Kpbs and Xon/Xoff istead of Hardware.
