Dear Listmates,
  I have been diagnosed for about 2 months now and have maintained a
pretty strict GF diet.  I am feeling much better, but I am still
concerned because I am not gaining any weight.  I am 22 years old 5'8"
and only weigh 128lbs.  Are their any specific foods or excersises that
may help add on weight? I know that the main thing is I am feeling
better, but I would like to have a better physique.  I was always very
active in high school, but was never able to "bulk up".  Any
suggestions?
