Let me take this opportunity to commend Western Digital on thier EXCELLENT Customer Service!!! I called thier 1-800 number and explained what I had and without question, they immediately sent me another drive. My only cost was the return shipping for the failed drive. No matter what brand product you buy, it can fail. What makes the big difference is the service after the sale. I would gladly recommend Western Digital to anyone. And in case you were wondering, I don't work for them. I'm just a very satisfied customer. Good luck solving your problem.
