As Gabriel Cousens states in his books, undamaged by heat, truly raw flax seed oil is hard to find, but it's easy to find flax seeds which can be ground up in a coffee grinder or blender and added to food or liquid. I use a Braun coffee grinder which takes about 10 seconds to reduce the flax seeds to a fine powder which I add to water and drink. The ground seeds can also be used to give a gravy like consistency to sauces, etc. Stephen
