MS Works 3 is a Windows 3.x program not a Windows 95 program.
This is why there is no entry in the Win95 Add/Remove dialog.

I believe that the Works uninstall program is on DISK 1 (the
installation disk) of the Works 3, disk set.

Your best bet to completely uninstall the program is to use
a third party uninstaller like CyberMedia's Uninstaller (my favorite)
on Quarterdeck's Clean Sweep.
