Friends:

I'm new to this list.  Has anyone tried the zone diet advocated by Barry
Sears?  Do you know of any good carbohydrate sources other than vegetables
and fruit - possibly things made from sprouted or soaked grains?  What
about sprouted or soaked seeds - Sears says that most regular seeds and
nuts aren't bioavailable enough to be useful.
