My Outlook Eric, a tip I read was to open any text editor and type WIN.CN_ and save to a floppy. this is supposed to react the same as inserting the windows disk1. However, having never had this problem, I can't say if it works or not. Give it a try, you never know your luck. Hope it works for you, Alan P.
