ok this is a good Q since i havent a clue regarding popcorn if i pop the corn in an air popper and add some yeast for the B12 - is this cooked or not? is this a food one should eat less of or not at all? as far as b12 goes - what sources are there on a raw food diet? what foods provide the b-vitamines? (i dont do raw flesh - not for me thank you very much)
