"The Ultimate DOS Book" by JoAnne Woodcock (MS Press)
"Running MS-DOS", Van Woverten (MS Press)
That fat "QUE" book on DOS
"DOS Power Tools", Paul Somerson (Bantan)
        [note: may not have a DOS .6.xx Edition]
"Peter Norton's Complete Guide to DOS 6.22" (Sams)

The first 3 are for beginners and essentially help the reader
learn to use DOS. The last two are for advanced folk. Norton's is
for the technician and Somerson is for the advanced user.
