The video card is a Hercules Dynamite Pro model D302, the first monitor was a US Logic 17" model MM-700 and the second monitor was a Sylvania 15" model S501P. One item to note that I failed to mention earlier was a while ago I had to replace a hard drive due to a crash and just never seemed to get around to installing the drivers/software thsat came with the card, so the card was running with the drivers that Win95 recognized the card as being, TSENG LABS W321.
