So-called sun tea can be prepared simply; I've been told the sun itself can cause off-flavors, but haven't confirmed it. Most flavor comes through in a good soak without sun or heat; warm to taste. Cold-water coffee is said to be tolerated by many who thought caffeine did them in, though it has caffeine.
