Hi All!!!

I've been eating the Raw Eggs Yolks but not the Whites because I've
heard that they're not really easy to digest and not good for you but
them I heard the opposite and that the Whites are better than the Yolks.
The bad things I heard about Whites was that they contain a substance
called "Avidin" that may be harmful if consumed in excess as it
interferes with the absorption of biotin, a B Vitamin.  So I'd really
like some great and knowledge comments and feedback so I can get this
straightened out or at least a better perspective.
