mainly lamb liver and kidney, sometimes beef heart. (organic)
Tho not always raw, I've given up on being too religious about the rawness
of  food.  Sometimes I feel like it raw, sometimes rare, others only just
cooked. I do find, however on occasions that I eat meat really cooked that
it does not digest so well.
