If anyone on the list has successfully made fish pemmican, could you please
give details:

What type of fish do you use?

Also, could you just dry the fish and eat it as is, that is, not mix it to a
powder like with beef, but just eat the dry fish. I tried it with cod,
processed it and my son did not like it.

I'd like to try again by just drying the fish and then not mixing it or
preserving it with fat, just eating it as is, dried.

Any suggestions for fish that would dry well?
