Just a thought on the above statement: If the anti-body test results are not that sensitive, what does that say about "fatty stool tests" or any other for that matter in making a diagnosis? I believe, in the past there was some discussion about the biopsies having a problem also as well as the rectal gluten challange? Where exactly does a correct diagnosis lay and is an accurate one really possible?
