There is no flour in it at all. I got it from a non celiac friend who says it is scrumptious and very easy to make. Enjoy, Kathy ROYAL PECAN CHOCOLATE GATEAU 1/2 cup melted butter 1 1/4 cup sugar 4 T. cocoa 4 eggs 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups pecans Pour all ingredients into a food processor. Process for 30 secs, scrape down sides. Process again for 30 secs. Pour into a buttered spring-form pan.
