They get better response from drug manufacturers. Have drug batch number. - 1 stated to call the 800 number on the package. - 1 suggested 2 homeopathic manufacturers, Boiron and Natra-Bio, can be called. She has had great success in the past. - 1 suggested Natural medicines. They went to aGNC (General Nutrition Center) store and found a gf cough/ cold medicine. It is the GNC brand BioRemedy, serial # 886661. GNC phone is 888-462-2548. - 1 suggested homeopathic Goldenseal/Echinacea liquid herbal extract for ADULT infection and has used Hyland's Simple Fever tablets.
