Hi all, Kirt: >Jeepers! The server goes down for a bit and all hell breaks loose. ;) >Tom's reviewing cartoons; Dariusz is scarfing chocolate bars; >Jean-Louis is eating cooked cabbage! What next? I _love_ it all. =:O ;) Stefan thinks of making an experiment with paleolithic cooked foods and considers starting to brush his teeth again because he isn't sure if the tooth enamel is very slowly melting away - so slowly, that it lasts years to produce a visible effect. Also he is moving towards breatharianism: less and less instincto foods and the Orkos bill becomes smaller and smaller... :-) Then recently Stefan found out, that not only sulfur containing amino acids are good for detoxing heavy metals but also megadoses of vitamins and minerals - so I'm taking supplements!!!! (since 11 days now) You better keep your server up and running if you want to avoid all that fuss! ;-) Kirt: >Now you have to watch out for Pride #2: being a formerly all-raw person > who came back from the edge! ;) But then there hides Pride #3: being able to learn permanently and change one's life according to the lessons. Not much people in this world are able and willing to do that. :-\ Kirt: >...I remember wrapping a cherry tomato in some romaine and >oohing/aahing like a gourmet on steroids... My favorite combination was tomatos plus garlic or cucumber plus garlic. Goodness, burning tomatos!! But it faded away when my need for garlic dropped and I finally gave it up. Kirt: >We played around with other greens, but cauliflour and broccoli were >tops By the way: currently I am enjoying cauliflour raw. Best ones are the variety called Romanesco: a green type of cauliflour with a very different surface: a perfect fractal picture. Great just to look at it. I believe one could slide into meditation if looking awhile at that. Best raw supplemented wishes, Stefan E-Mail: [log in to unmask]
