I wouldn't try it. Most people underestimate the times
that the body needs for the digestion of honey (or fruit).

One must not forget that honey contains a lot of
protein itself and that this will need some
time until it is digested.

And somehow even the presence of sugar in the
blood or digestive system makes problems when one
eats protein too early after a fruit or honey meal.

Even honey and fruit mostly doesn't digest well
together, at least not for me. So I mostly eat
honey mono. If I really need the honey, I can
eat enough of it and then I am not hungry for
a long time. On the other hand: Honey (or dates)
can produce an unfounded feeling of hunger after
some hours and :-) on the next day at the same
time as the first meal.
