Hi All,

Does anyone have a eating plan set up that is free of gluten and other
common allergens.

I am looking for one of those plans that you see in health magazines
that list out the meals for a week including snacks.

I have a number of common food allergies.  If I can't find one on the
web, I will make an appointment with a nutritionist.

I have to avoid wheat, shellfish, fish, cheese (I haven't figured this
one out, sometimes I get sick, sometimes I don't?).   I would also like
to avoid corn, eggs, and soy when I am being really strict but I
wouldn't mind a diet that included these.
