One smells repulsive, the organic shop ( >hardly know it a butcher shop! Well, as for me, after 8 months of a quasi red meat-free diet, I felt suddenly very attracted to those foods. However, I as I haven't found any place to buy organic meat, I use regular meat (from a supermarket). THe meats I like most are beef and lamb. I don't like chicken as much (and I am less attracted to fish now). I haven't tried pork, but I prefer not to, for obvious reasons (they are the worst fed animals, and can harbor some nasty parasites). Eating ordinary meat is probably not very healthy, but I am unable to resist the temptation... Anyway, it won't be worse than during the years I ate cooked non-organic meat and other stuff. And I haven't noticed any inconvenients due to my increased consumption of non-organic meat (which proves I am not "pure" yet :-)). Best wishes, Jean-Louis [log in to unmask]
