Salmon > in German is "Lachs" - no connection to "Salmonellen". I've been having egg-yolks for the past month or so, on a daily basis, 2-3 a day (along with the shells). Didn't have problems. How does one know he consumed the bacteria? What are the signs? And how serious can it get?
