Tom:
Full, formal, multiple day fasting is more likely to lead to cravings and
overeating when normal diet is resumed; food restriction (say cutting
eating by 1/3 or 1/2) for a slightly longer period, usually causes few,
if any, cravings after resuming normal diet. Your experience may vary.
When I restrict food intake, I am usually (but not always) 100% raw.
