My favorites currently are white corn, jewel yams, carrots, romaine, snow peas, young sprouts (buckwheat, lentil, sunflower seeds, mung beans), avocadoes, lemon cucumbers, red bell peppers -- anything that smells delectable & tastes delicious. One thing at a time. :-) Liane: When you say one thing at a time, do you mean for example eat a bunch of raw broccoli with no other food for one meal? Then maybe next meal time have just yams? Or do you mean if you are having broccoli and yams at one meal, eat one thing then the other?
