I have not been to Philadelphia since eating raw food, and have no addresses for you, but in NYC I have found organic foods by looking in the yellow pages for health food stores, phoning them to ask if they have organic foods. The supermarket Food Emporium is a chain and may exist in Phili, in NYC they carry some orgainc fruits and veggies, also free-range chicken eggs. They also carry Coleman Beef and lamb. Some supermarkets carry organic beef of other brands. Whole Foods is also a chain and in some of the big cities. They have a wide variety. Game can be ordered from Polarica (Tel:1-800-GAME 4 US), nuts, dried fruit, from Jaffe Bros. (Tel:1-619-749-1133, dates from The Date People (Tel:1-619-540-5693), fruits, veggies from Diamond Organics (Tel:1-888-674-2642 or 1-800-922-2396)),or Gold Mine (Tel:1-800-475-3663)or Walnut Acres (Tel:1-800-433-3998)or Starr Organic Produce (Tel:1-305-262-1242). All of these will, of course, send you catalogs. Aajonus Vonderplanitz can send you a list of places for bee products, oils etc. (Tel:1-310-226-7055) What to avoid? Breatharians! ;-) My best, Ellie
