Patak's curry paste is made in England, the base being lentil flour, which
suggests it should be gf.  However, as there is always the risk of "fillers"
that are not gf, I wonder if anyone know for sure if this product is safe?
        It is available here, in Canada, but I do not know if that is true for
the United States.
        I presume that there are U.K. celiacs on this list, so perhaps one of
them will be able to answer my question.
