We know that high quality RAF should come from free-ranging animals eating instinctive quality food (and in particular, they shouldn't have access to human garbage, etc... But is that enough? Given Zephyr's experience, wild mammal predators should be considered as risky too (they could eat Trich. infested rats, for instance). On a related subject: what do you think about eating flesh/eggs/dairy from a vaccinated animal (organically bred animals *have* to be vaccinated, at least in France, to be commercialized). Other question: are vaccines as bad as their reputation among the Hygienists? I had 6 injections two months ago, and I didn't notice any detox symptom (I mean, I had no *more* detox/intox symptoms than usual), but as I have eaten instinctively for less than 6 months, my body may not be "clean" enough to draw conclusions. Thus, I would be interested to know if long-time instinctos have sharp reactions to vaccines (similar to reactions after having a cooked meal). Best wishes, Jean-Louis
