Your group probably does more good for all of us on a continuing basis, however I would like to find just one bit of scientific evidence that buckwheat contains anything that might harm us. I too feel that there should be zero tolerance, but zero what? Everything that I have read seems to indicate that Buckwheat has not been tested enought. But where are the tests for Tapioca, or corn, or Potato etc. From what I gather in reading Dr Kasorda's post; Buckwheat is not in the same family that produces the harmful substances. In a most unscientific basis, I eat Pure Buckwheat in many different recipes. I have never had a reaction. I am extremely sensitive to gluten. And I repeat, I know this is not the basis for anyone else to eat buckwheat nor do I recommend it. However, I find nothing to suggest that I am increasing my odds to develop cancer because I do eat it. Respectfully Boris Rapport
