The debate on carbohydrates has been interesting.  Is there any evidence
that a moderate amount of carbs is harmful to celiacs?  That is carbs like
rice, potatoes, pasta etc.  I dont mean cakes, cookies and the like.  Maybe
Dr. Murray could comment on this.

I eat carbohydrates just as I would if I didnt have celiac.  By that I mean
I eat complex carbohydrates with every meal and dont seem to have a problem.
