I too recommend Bickford Flavors vanilla and almond ( the two flavors I
have tried).  The vanilla and almond are concentrated (maybe they all
are) so you only need about half as much.  I gave some to my
mother-in-law and she makes rice pudding occasionally for me.  Once in a
while she forgets and uses the full dosage, but I love it that way.  It
is so delicious!
