I found yet another non-vegetarian raw food book.  It is:  _The Delicious
World of Raw Foods_ by Mary Louise Lau, Rawson Associates Publishers, 1977,
ISBN 0-89256-011-8, 0-89256-068-1 paperback.  The "Meats and Seafoods"
chapter has sections for beef, ham, lamb, fresh fish from the sea, and
