Hi Peter,

Hope you reconsider the banishment of Ward and Doug..
	
	Even Bob seemed to take it well and realized how much of a
	personal family (not having grown up under the same roof)
	that he has and you helped create.

	Will stick by your decision, and appreciate all the work you do
	to make this possible.
