Hi everybody,
We go shopping 'over the border' for cheese at a low price. That's why we
Canadians are called 'cheeseheads'. Most of the cheese for sale is cheddar
and has annatto colouring. We have been buying mozzarella and monterey jack
but sometimes these aren't available.
Has there been anything written about annatto colouring lately?
