I'm not a food combining maven (but I may change). So I smother the (sweet)
potatoes with raw salsa (recipe from an SF Raw Living Foods restaurant cooking
class.) I find that I like to interchange between types of potatoes during a
single raw-salsa-splattered meal. I eat yams for a bit till the regular potatoes
seem interesting, and so on.

I have reached a stage where I can stomach (even enjoy) raw sweet potatoes
without the dressing, but regular potatoes without salsa masking are still
completely out of the question.
