As someone with a strong background in chemistry, 26 years of private research on various vegetarian diets, and a 7 year stint as a raw-fooder in the '70's, I'd be happy to help _edit_ a FAQ; however, there is a LOT of just plain wrong information being propagated about raw foods, "living enzymes", etc. being propagated by various raw food schools, such as HHI, that should be scrutinized and eliminated before making it public.
