1) How long do I have to be off the diet before I get tests, such as the
biopsy and IgA blood test?
 
2) Is there a relationship between normal B.M.'s and feeling better from
fatigue?
 
3) Is two weeks an unusually long time for symptoms to go away after
being on the diet, or does that mean I was still getting gluten
somewhere, am lactose intolerant, or might have the wrong diagnosis?
