There is nothing in the ingredients or manufacturing process that might make it non-GF. Some manufacturers mix the balsamic vinegar with other distilled vinegars to control cost and taste but Monari Federzoni is not one of them. I don't know exactly what makes balsamic vinegar different but as I remember, it has to do with the grapes that are used and the way they are fermented. A note of caution, Monari Federzoni and probably other balsamic vinegars contain sulfites. Joe Warren Titusville, FL
