Endoscopically directe d biopsy can be done latex free so long a careful exclsion of latex is made. Most endoscopes dont not have latex components on the insertion tube. they can have elsewhere. medications need to be specially prepared also. it can also be reasonable to study the patient in a less precise way by antibodies and absorbtion tests.
